When we come into this space of owning and running a portrait business we often have expectations of ourselves in the name of "savings": we'll do hair and makeup and photograph our clients instead of hiring a professional. Seems innocent enough until the energetic bandwidth of DOING all of the things makes itself known to you and then you discover that it puts a very low ceiling on your capacity to serve at full power.
